Meet the Head of Search

Maria joined Hamden in 2026, bringing 7 years of international search experience within the Animal and Human Nutrition & Health industries.

As Head of Search, Maria brings expertise in building and honing the search process and delivering outstanding search results. Through founding the Delivery team at her previous global search firm, she achieved record fill rates exceeding 90% across the business through implementing new processes, training plans, and search timelines.

Maria prides herself in establishing long term relationships with both candidates and clients throughout the process, through which she has built extensive networks across Europe and the Americas.

Maria is also a ‘History buff’, having gained a Master’s Degree at the University of Cambridge, and continues to extend her knowledge in her spare time, alongside drinking great wine and enjoying West-End shows.
